Darryl Wallace is accused of gunning down Dominick Hull, 28, at the Carlton House Apartments in Millville on June 24, the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office said.

Wallace died of his injuries a week later.

Wallace was arrested on Aug. 12 in Arizona and charged in Hull's killing, authorities said Tuesday.

He waived extradition and was returned to New Jersey last week.

Surveillance footage shows Wallace approach a group of people near the parking lot and fire several shots, police said. Hull was found at the scene by police with a gunshot wound to his head.

Wallace was charged with first-degree murder and weapon offenses. He was being held in Cumberland County Jail. Prosecutors will seek his pre-trial detention.
